4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.2 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

You retain all rights to your data, content, and materials that you upload or submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our Services.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Our AI features generate content based on your inputs and our algorithms.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

LeadsMagnet AI integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel (GHL), CRMs, payment processors, and marketing platforms.

• You may be subject to additional terms from third-party providers.
• We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of third-party services.
• Integration with third-party services may require sharing your data with those providers.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorksDelight Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

11. Termination
